Our Private Contrast Therapy Suite is designed as an intimate, bookable wellness experience, whether you’re coming with a friend or partner, you can choose to bring upto 1 additional person with you. Move between the invigorating chill of a premium ice bath and the deep, restorative heat of a sauna pod, all within your own private space.
With a dedicated shower, comfortable seating, access to a foot spa and thoughtful touches throughout, this is your place to reset, recover, and recharge, on your terms.

A GUIDED TOUR OF THE EXPERIENCE
The Brass Monkey Ice Bath delivers a premium cold immersion experience, reaching temperatures as low as 0°C with built-in filtration and automated cooling for consistent, high-performance recovery.
Paired with this, the MyoSauna Lux provides powerful heat therapy, reaching up to 100°C and accommodating up to three people in a durable, easy-to-use design.
Together, they create a balanced, high-end contrast therapy experience.
Ice bath with ice creation – for a true contrast therapy effect – plus heated therapy to restore balance.
Sauna towel included – ready for use in your session. (we would still recommend a towel for drying)
